Ship to Store
Ship to Store is ideal for items that must be picked up, configured or installed at a local retail store.
With Ship to Store, a shopper places orders on your site and selects a location to pick up their items.
If the selected retail store has the item(s) in stock, the shopper can pick up their order that day. If the items are not in stock, the retailer orders the item(s) from a distributor and the shopper picks up the order when it's available.
How it Works
- Shopper places online order and selects "ship to store" at checkout
- The checkout screen lists stores where the order can be picked up
- Shopper selects their favorite store for pickup from the list
- If the order is in stock, pickup is available immediately
- If it is not in stock, the selected retailer orders item(s) from a distributor or the manufacturer
- Either way, the shopper picks up their order at the store location they've chosen
