Shopatron allows customers to pick up their online purchases in your store, driving foot traffic and additional sales, helping you build customer relationships in the process.

Shoppers today want to choose how they receive their online purchases. According to an August 2008 survey conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of Shopatron, Inc., 32% of online shoppers have picked up orders in a store. The same survey found that of those shoppers who have not used in-store pickup, 73% expressed an interest if given the option.

Shopatron offers three different In-Store Pickup solutions: Local Search First, Ship to Store, and Shopper's Choice.

Local Search First
With local search first, when a shopper places an online order, Shopatron searches local inventory for the desired items. If local inventory is not available the order is shipped to the customer.

Ship to Store
With ship to store, a shopper places orders on the branded website and selects a location at which to pick up their items. If the selected retail store has the items in stock, the shopper can pick up their order that day.

Shopper's Choice
Like ship to store, shopper's choice allows a shopper to select a retail store for order pickup from a list that's presented at checkout. The difference is that, with shopper's choice, the shopper also selects the action that takes place if the retailer does not have the item in-stock for immediate pickup.
