• The window of the guarantee begins exactly 100 days from the date of the first consumer order placed on the subscriber's Shopatron store, referred to as the "First Order Date." The window of the guarantee ends 120 days after the First Order Date.
• The refund guarantee covers implementation and software costs, but not custom design or development.
