Access to our Advanced APIs makes it easy for Enterprise clients to use Coex Freedom or Coex Private order exchange technology as a hosted order management solution for existing eCommerce systems.

Like all Shopatron solutions, Enterprise edition incorporates integrated call center support for shoppers. Uniquely for Enterprise customers, all communication with customers, including call center scripts, email messaging and shipment packing slips, is fully-branded for your brand.

Enterprise edition clients receive unlimited hosted online stores (and checkouts) with all the functionality of Professional edition stores, including all available in-store pickup order flows: Local Search First, Ship-to-store and Shopper’s Choice. Built-in patent-pending Coex order exchange technology makes it easy to flow orders to one, one hundred, or even thousands of fulfillment locations. Almost 1,000 brands use Coex Freedom to integrate retailers as order fulfillment partners. Small and mid-sized retailers use Coex Private to manage in-store pickup of online orders.

Enterprise edition comes with Shopatron’s dedicated, branded call center for shopper support.
