• The Shopatron client must run an active eCommerce program with Shopatron, incorporating 'Buy Now' links from product pages, for at least 100 days.
• The Shopatron client must comply with the terms and conditions of the Shopatron Subscriber Agreement.
• The window of the guarantee begins exactly 100 days from the date of the first consumer order placed on the client's Shopatron store, referred to as the "First Order Date." The window of the guarantee ends 120 days after the First Order Date.
• The refund guarantee covers implementation and software costs, but not custom design or development.
